lADIES OF LIFE

Life Group Leader:  Carolyn Lester

This Life Group seeks to nurture, encourage, and equip women to faithfully use their gifts for service in God’s kingdom. As written in Titus 2:3-5, the Christian woman has responsibility in and outside of her home and is able to serve faithfully in this capacity by understanding the tenants of a godly woman – which the bible offers many examples of. This Life Group provides women a safe, supportive environment to commune, be enlightened, and grow.

*Ruth 1:16-17 (Ruth); 1Samuel 1:9-28 (Hannah); 1Samuel 25:2-35 (Abigail); Esther 4:15-16 (Esther); Luke 1:41-45 (Elizabeth); Acts 9:36-42 (Tabitha)

bIBLICAL MANHOOD

Life Group Leader:  Deacon Gerald Cook

The mission of this Life Group is to call men into authentic manhood, as modeled by so many in the biblical text. The biblical model of manhood ushers in a breath of fresh air to an age suffocating from the humanistic approach to manhood, which has resulted in a society spiraling out of control (2 Tim. 3:13). With the fellowship of this group and revisit to spiritual principles, the hope is to recover what God had in mind for living as a human race.

tHE ART OF MARRIAGE

Life Group Leader:  Bishop and First Lady Wakefield

The covenant relationship of marriage is highly esteemed by the Spirit of God. He instructs believers to seek a believing partner to ensure holiness in the marriage and once married, God requires just and faithful behavior within the marriage bonds. This Life Group supports this biblical truth and is committed to teachings and example setting for honoring the covenanted relationship.

KINGDOM PEOPLE

Life Group Leader:  Deaconess Zina Cook

It is written in Philippians 3:20, “He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love. We live and love as citizens of the heavenly kingdom”. With this proclamation and biblical truth, this Life Group is answering the call to “kingdom living” and living in the light of God’s love.
